About Pack 182

Cub Scout Pack 182, of the Chickasaw District of the Greater Alabama Council, was originally charted under Willowbrook Baptist Church on April 30, 1997. Our Chartered Organization Representative is Chuck Thompson. Our District Executive is Parker Locke and our Unit Commissioner is Jackie Scarborough.
The Pack is made up of the following Dens: Tigers (1st grade), Wolves (2nd grade), Bears (3rd grade), Webelos 1 (4th grade), and Webelos 2 (5th grade).
Pack meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30 - 8:00pm at Willowbrook Baptist Church at 7625 Bailey Cove Road, Huntsville. Den meetings are scheduled for most all other Tuesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30pm at the same location. Please be available to pick up your child by 7:30pm.
Parents are urged to participate and especially attend Pack meetings, as this is the best means of communication and dissemination of information.
Pack Dues
Dues are collected prior to each Pack meeting at a rate of $5.00 per month (per child) to cover operating expenses. If you wish, you may pay up front the total amount of $45.00 (per child). Please make checks payable to Boy Scouts of America, or just BSA if you wish.Uniform
The required uniform consists of a hat, shirt, belt, neckerchief with slide, and appropriate badges. Dark blue jeans serve as a replacement for the regular Cub Scout pants. We request that all Cub Scouts attend Den meetings, Pack meetings and Pack outings dressed in the appropriate uniform.Activities
We also require each boy to be escorted by a parent or appropriate guardian on overnight or out of town trips. (These are fun! parents)Planning
Planning is done by the Pack Leadership on the last Thursday of each month at 6:30pm at Willowbrook Baptist Church. Anyone who wishes to attend is invited. The Cubmaster, Assistant Cubmasters, Den Leaders and Committee Chairman are strongly urged to attend.Assistance
