Greater Montgomery Insurance Professionals [GMIP] is an industry association whose members meet monthly to discuss current insurance topics, continue their education, network with other insurance professionals and enhance the industry image through community involvement such as the Partners in Literacy as well as raising funds and providing additional resources for charities including but not limited to Autism Society of Alabama, Child Protect, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Friendship Mission and Montgomery Food Bank . GMIP is affiliated with the National Association of Insurance Women, International [NAIW] which serves its members by providing professional education, an environment in which to build business alliances and the opportunity to make connections with people of differing career paths in the insurance and risk management industries. GMIP currently has 35 members from 17 different insurance affiliations.

NAIW’s membership is open to professionals of agencies, companies, risk management and service companies affiliated with the insurance industry.
