This sitcom first aired in 1993 and followed the lives of two 12-year-old boys as they struggled with family crisis', girls, school and growing up in general and the goof's they made along the way.
The show follows the main character Cory (Ben Savage) and his family: his father Alan (William Russ), his mother Amy (Betsy Randle), his elder brother Eric (Will Friedle) and his little sister Morgan (Lily Nicksay, later played by Lindsay Ridgeway). Also playing big parts in the show are Cory's best friend, Shawn (Rider Strong) and Cory's girlfriend, Topanga (Danielle Fishel) and their high-school principal, Mr George Finny (William Daniels), who just so happens to be Cory's next-door neighbour.
Now they are all grown up and have all gone to the same college where Mr Finney has now taken up a teaching position. Cory has married his first love Topanga, and now the two are struggling to deal with how to support themselves, as well as making the grade with their studies and generally with being young adults!

Birthday: September 13th, 1980, Chicago, Illinois, USA, as Bennett Joseph Savage Parents: Lew (a real estate executive) and Joanne (a homemaker), live with Ben and Kala in Los Angeles (1996) Ben is the younger brother of Fred Savage who played the main character Kevin Arnold on "The Wonder Years". He has also a older sister, Kala, who was born in 1979 and is now a high school senior and a stage actress (1996). Today he is a tenth-grade student (1996). He spent his early days with his family in Glencoe, a suburb of Chicago. Trivia: Ben followed in the footsteps of his older brother brother by launching his television career with appearences in several TV commercials. His first job was in a TV ad for a drugstore chain in 1985. "All I had to do was sit in a pool and smile," says Ben. He co-starred in the ABC special "McDonald's Family Theatre Presents: Aliens For Breakfast." Ben Savage also made a stage debut, in "The Laughter Epidemic," performed at the Pasadena Playhouse. In May 1998 he played Roddy Stern in "Unexpected Tenderness", a play by Israel Horovitz, at Marilyn Monroe Theater, Los Angeles. In the movie "Little Monsters" (1989) we see both brothers: Fred Savage as Brian, Ben as Eric. He has done TV commercial for Sunbeam bread (1989) and for Frosted Cheerios (1996). Danielle Fishel Topanga Lawrence on Boy Meets World -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sixteen-year-old Danielle Fishel began acting professionally six years ago. Her resume includes appearances in several episodes of ABC's "Full House," and guest appearances on "Harry and the Hendersons" and "Kirk." She has also been featured in several commercials. Danielle's current projects include a series of photo shoots resulting in her own full-size poster and a 1998 calendar. In addition, she and her "Boy Meets World" co-star Rider Strong hosted "Grinders In Line," an instructional in-line skating video. Now in the eleventh grade, Danielle recently joined the Celebrity Sightings team, an online celebrity website with features that include exclusive photos, chats, giveaways, prizes and games. It allows Danielle to personally keep in touch with her fans while providing up-to-date information about her latest projects and events. William Daniels Mr. Feeny on Boy Meets World -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When William Daniels initially read the pilot script for "Boy Meets World," his interest was immediately piqued by the quality of the writing, and by Mr. Feeny's relationship with young Cory. "Feeny reminded me of the character John Houseman played in 'The Paper Chase,'" he said. And like Cory on the successful series, Daniels at the age of 15 had his own mentor: Dramatist and actor Howard Lindsay. Daniels recalls that when he performed on stage in "Life With Father," Lindsay "taught me all about theater -- how to behave on stage, how to play a laugh. He also taught me respect and discipline." Daniels was born in Brooklyn, New York, where he grew up and attended school. He was a student at the High School of Music and Art, and obtained his bachelor of arts degree in theater from Northwestern University. An eminently successful stage, television and film actor, he is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Dr. Craig on the critically acclaimed series, "St. Elsewhere," for which he received six nominations and two Emmy Awards as Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Daniels' other television credits include roles in the TV movies, "A Case of Rape," "Rehearsal for Murder," "Blind Ambition" and "The Adams Chronicles." He enjoyed starring roles on the television series, "Captain Nice," "The Nancy Walker Show" and "Freebee and the Bean," and was the voice of KITT, the car, on "Knight Rider."
