| Korean War | 25 June 1950 -- 31 January 1955 |
| Vietnam War | 28 February 1961 -- 7 May 1975 |
| Lebanon | 24 August 1982 -- 31 July 1984 |
| Granada | 24 August 1982 -- 31 July 1984 |
| Panama | 20 December 1989 -- 31 January 1990 |
| Desert Storm | 2 August 1990 -- Open* |
* Because eligibility dates for Desert Storm are still open, all military personnel serving since August 2, 1990 (including those on active duty) are eligible to join.
