Living with a disabling chronic illness can be a daunting experience, especially without a strong support system. We have a few resources that can help build your support system and help you better manage your illness.
Patient Network
Our patient network is a social, informal support, and resource group for those living with chronic illness in the Phoenix and surrounding areas. For those in other areas outside of Phoenix and Arizona, we offer online and phone groups.
