The Sole Purpose of the Red Hat Society is to have Fun. We meet at least twice monthly. We also when possible attend events sponsored by other chapters, locally, regionally and nationally.
We "sister ship" with other Red Hat Chapters who embrace our motto. our purpose and enjoy meeting new people, having fun and enjoying life
When we attend Red Hat events, we wear Red and Purple, ALWAYS. A hat, visor, cap, bow or fluff is worn for ALL events, even if that event is in a member’s home. For our birthday month we may Wear reverse colors (Purple Hat and Red Outfit) when attending an event. For all other months and RED HAT events, we wear a Red Hat and Purple outfit. WE DRESS TO IMPRESS.... We love dressing up in what we call "full regalia". . The glitz and glamour is wonderful, and ohh so much fun! We love to accessorize with gloves, pins, scarves, bracelets, rings, feather boa's, hand fans, fancy purses...if it is available, we want to try it!

Out of courtesy PLEASE RSVP FOR ALL events.. Always let the contact person(s) know whether you plan to attend or not. YEA OR NAY Communication is by email. It is each member’s responsible to read their email OFTEN for updates and to be informed. . Chapter Dues of $20.00 are collected each year in JUNE. The money is used for yearly national registration fee, stamps, cards, scrapbook supplies and monthly meeting expenses.
We are always making plans, or take suggestions for events, activities, restaurants or good red hat fun. There is no minimum or maximum number of turns you have to take, but it would be most appreciated if everyone takes at least one turn.
There are no rules as to how many events or activities we can have in a month, and nothing is set in stone.
