CARLOS PARRA - President: Carlos is a safety training officer with the State of Arizona and is also a certified Defensive Driving instructor.
DARYLE GREGORY - Vice President: Darry has been an RMSC volunteer for many years, following the 1999 death of her grandson, Anthony Gaddy. She has been a strong advocate for educating the public about the consequences of redlight running.
KATHY PHILIPPI - Secretary/Treasurer: Kathy is one of the founding members of the RMSC along with her husband John. Their daughter Krystal was seriously injuried by a red light runner in April 1998 while on the way to her high school prom.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - Frank Hinds:--Frank is one of the founding members of the RMSC. His daughter, Jennifer was killed by a red light runner in March 1997.
