Sometime around 1937 or later, Viquesney published this 4-page newsletter, a more folksy version than his formal brochure on the previous page, and which this time wisely omitted products that didn't sell, like his "Over the Top" version of the Doughboy, an unabashed title ripoff of dead contemporary sculptor John Paulding's Doughboy sculptures, and his Memorial to the Women of the Confederacy, an idea which he again "borrowed" from another dead sculptor, John Walz, creator of a similarly posed marble grouping in Rome, GA.

Viquesney devoted a full page to his "fail-proof" fundraiser plan, designed to help small communities raise the money to obtain their Doughboy statue.
