Recruiting Members

Recruiting new members helps your club stay healthy and meet your annual Distinguished Club Program (DCP) goals. Two of the 10 goals are member recruiting: 4 new members, plus and additional 4 new members. But how do you go about finding potential members, getting them to a meeting, and signing them up?

To view the Toastmasters video on recruiting members, click here.

For information on recruiting members, click here.

Retaining Members

To qualify for the DCP, a club must have 20 or more members, or add at least 5 if the club begins the Toastmaster year (July 1 - June 30) with 14 or fewer members. Did you know it takes longer and costs more to replace a dissatisfied member than it does to keep that member happy?

For information on retaining your most valuable asset - your current members - click here.
