 Grad Night Instructions

Poly/PAAL Grad Night 2012
Instructions
You will pick up your ticket at Vet’s Stadium, after the graduation ceremony.
You must have your Student ID to pick up your ticket and board the bus.
All Students must ride the busses to and from Camelot
Directly after the graduation ceremony, take a few minutes to meet with your family and friends, and then head for the bus loading area.
You will not have time to go home and change. Bring your Camelot clothes, Student ID and Grad night receipt with you in a bag or backpack. Have a family member or friend who is attending the ceremony keep it and meet you after the ceremony. Casual school dress code and conduct codes apply.
No money is needed at Camelot. All food and entertainment is included in the ticket price.
Do not bring cash, expensive camera, clothing or jewelry. Poly High School, the Grad Night Committee and Camelot Golfland are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of any of your personal items.
Swimsuits and towels are recommended. There is a Water Slide, so bring a plastic bag for wet stuff.
Bring a sweatshirt or jacket. It can get cold.
Put your stuff in a tote bag or backpack—including your receipt and Student ID. You will be able to leave your bag in the supervised secured bag check area. You will have access to your things all evening.
The emergency number at Camelot is 714-630-0925. Be sure to leave this number with your parents or guardian. In the event of an emergency, ask for Mauricio Ceron.
Have fun! This party is for you!
This wonderful event doesn’t just happen…it’s pulled together by scores of
volunteer parents, each of whom contributes in some small way to make
Grad Night a night to remember.
