About Los Gatos Horseman's Association
The Los Gatos Horseman's Association is a non-profit organization. LGHA has been active
in the Los Gatos community for over 30 years,
participating in community events and fostering
fellowship and education among horse lovers of all
ages.LGHA sponsors a wide variety of events: membership offers something for everyone... icecream socials, play days, BBQs, and demonstrations.
LGHA holds monthly activities and bi-monthly general meetings that often feature training clinics, trail rides and social events. Members and guests also run clinics on a wide range of horse related topics from desentized training to trail obsticle negotiation. Feel free to contact one of the LGHA Board Members with Clinic & Speaker suggestions.
Year round, LGHA schedules trail rides throughout the Bay Area to destinations such as Golden Gate Park, Grant Ranch and Salinas Beach.
The association also organizes camping trips to Jack, Brook Horse Camp, Waddell and Grant Ranch. Annual events include Los Gatos Christmas parade, LGHA Play Day and a Trail Trials fund raiser.
