, there have been many modified GTR's that have seen horsepower numbers as high as 1300 horsepower. The car remained unchanged until 1995 when the Nissan Skyline R33 GTR was released. The next major changes to grace the GTR were when the new R34 was released. This car was the pride and joy of all Skylines’ as it is considered the best of all GTR models. The engine remained the same but the chassis was greatly improved which resulted in a much better performing car. The GTR was capable of keeping up with most of the exotic sports cars that people spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on. The GTR's twin turbo engine, its new and improved chassis, along with great handling combined with its all-wheel drive platform created one of the fastest and most sought after sports cars in the world.

Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R [ 1969 ~ 1970 ~1973 ] Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R : In 1969 the first generation Skyline "GT-R" was introduced to win the JAF Japan championship. The GTR is powered by S20 L-6 1989cc DOHC 4valve with 40PHH Solex carburettor that makes 160PS. Top speed is 200km, and 0-400m is 16.1 seconds. In 1970, the 2-door coupe GTR was introduced. The driving performance has also been improved by having shortened the wheel-base and lightweight-ized. The interior of the design unified black was equipped with bucket seats and 6-meters. The KPGC110 GTR which is called 'KENMERI' is GTR of the phantom by which only 197 units were produced. The KENMERI GTR carried on with the S20 24 valve L-6, along with its 160PS. Also the GTR is equipped with a exclusive black grill, FRP over fender, and 4-wheel disk brakes.
