When we tried to convince our friends who were anti-Marcos to boycott this and that, they just shrugged their shoulders. Moral: Filipinos want to sacrifice and enjoy it at the same time. That's why the two People Power were festive occasions with confetti, singing, praying and fiesta-like atmosphere.

I believe one very good way is to insult the military officers, police officers and pro-Arroyo politicians and government officials like the people at Customs, BIR and the cabinet secretaries. Take pictures of their ill-gotten wealth (their houses, cars, boats, resorts, businesses and the like) and post it on your web site. You are going to hit two birds with one stone as people will log in to see you has the biggest houses, etc. While at it, post the pictures of these people and information about them (their meager salaries, place of birth (so their townmates and provincemates will disown them, schools attended (so they will not be invited to the homecomings anymore, etc.) Post the pictures of their wife or wives (who allow them to be corrupt), their children who enjoy their wealth (like this son has a brand-new Ford Explorer, with braces, attends Ateneo or La Salle), their girlfriends or boyfriends if they are gay.

Ask the people to participate like ask them if they have information on the girlfriends of Mikey Arroyo or Mike. Ask the Filipinos in the U.S. to help in the civil disobedience . Even the corrupt will log in to find out if someone else is more corrupt than them. At the same time, be careful with your sources. Double-check the information.

- I believe that one of the best yet peaceful proposal for this undertaking is the withholding of the remittances by OFWs or remitting thru informal channels. this may hurt the economy but needs to be done. I read the comments at your web page and a handful of the those are OFWs. maybe its one way they could participate in this peaceful revolution. it has a tremendous impact as this is one of the stronghold of the economy.

- Third, micro, small and medium enterprises should not register with BIR, if possible, to go away with paying taxes with the government. or it may be good that the underground economy (i.e. magbabalot, BBQhan, etc.) will continue to proliferate so that it will not be accounted in the GDP/GNP.

- Fourth, work stoppage thru filing leaves simultaneously.

- Fifth, doing away with malls for a month or so, so that this elites would feel what the majority feels, walang pera!

If we are really take part of your caused, then we also need to bear the sacrifice it entails. And this proposals will surely hurt us.

I wish to commend you for your courageous and defiant stance on the issues that are plaguing our country. Mabuhay kayo!!!!. If only there are more honorable men in uniform who are willing and brave enough to come forward, like you did, then our struggle will be less burdensome. We can not count on the opposition politicians, for politicians will always be politicians, the country is not their primary interest, their loyalty lies in their own self interest and self enrichment, greed and lust for power are their driving force.

We only have ourselves to count on to carry out the struggle. Civil disobedience will convey our message of discontent to the national leadership only if we all unite and any otherway will just be a waste of time and a lost cause. We should devise a test to gauge our strength or have a synchronized sound barrage (honking of horns or banging of pans etc...) the signal of which could be that every time GMA appears in the TV everybody bang the pans or use their car horns.

As our number increase, we could employ other methods of civil disobedience, which could be felt by the leadership such as those you mentioned in your statement. If change of leadership and government by and for the people are what we aspire to achieve then let us all unite and fight a corrupt regime. Tama na!, sobra na!, alis na!
