Welcome to the Sergeant John Basilone POINTers Chapter in San Diego, California. POINT (Pursuing our Our Italian Names Together) is an informal international network of members who are interested in Italian genealogy.

Our Purpose is to:

1) promote the study and preservation of Italian family history.

2)To offer those of Italian heritage an opportunity to meet in person and share information about genealogical research.

3) To assist those searching their Italian ancestory by sharing research experiences.
