Note 1 – Some of the Advanced Manual projects require more time; up to 30 minutes. The “Hot Seat” Speaker may or may not speak, but will come to the meeting prepared to speak, with a prepared introduction for the Toastmaster, a manual for the evaluator, and be ready to speak should one of the assigned speakers is absent and/or time allows.
