We are the Southern California chapter of Families for Russian and Ukrainian Adoptions (FRUA). FRUA is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit support network for adoptive families with children from the former Soviet Republics and Eastern Europe. We provide support prior, during, and after the adoption experience.

Currently we have families that have adopted children from Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Russia, and Ukraine.
