Team Member Highlights
Division E Governor Rosalyn Carter retired from the City of Moreno Valley in June 2009. Toastmasters has been an exciting journey since she joined in 2005. From Club level, to Area, Division and District, Roz believes everyone can become the talented individual he/she is destined to be. Visit any club in Division E and you will see why we are the "Essence" of Toastmasters.
Area E4 Governor Ron Yarris is an attorney, with his own Law Practice in the San Gabriel Valley. Ron is married to fellow Toastmaster Cicy Yarris, Area C4 Governor. Ron grew up in the wine country of the Napa Valley and now lives with his family in the wine region of Temecula Valley. During the past year, Ron has been a member of three Toastmaster Clubs. Ron enjoys the experience of speaking in front of different groups, honing his table topic skills, sharing and hearing the experiences of other Toastmasters. Ron competed in the Division 12 finals of the Table Topics Contest in April 2009. Ron looks forward to visiting new clubs and meeting new people in his role as Area E4 Governor.
