CLUB DEADLINES
  • U. S. Clubs must turn in IRS 990-N Form. Please, be sure to file your Clubs 990-N by March 15, 2011. Once this is completed, you have to email the e-PostCard confirmation to World Headquarters at 990N@toastmasters.org.
  • Special Tax Update for California Clubs: Please note that a new California filing requiremnt(199-N)similiar to the Federal 990-N will be effective in 2011 for all California based clubs. Learn more about this.

 TOASTMASTERS CONVENTION IN LAS VEGAS!
The 2011 Toastmasters International Convention will be held in the glittering city of Las Vegas, Nevada from August 17-20 at Bally's Las Vegas.
This year's program promises to be especially dynamic - with a multitude of opportunities for self-enrichment and improvement. Experts in communication and leadership will present 12 education sessions; these skill-building workshops will give you practical tools you can use in both your personal and professional life. In addition, you will be captivated by the international speech contests, which showcase Toastmasters' most talented speakers. Share the unique four-day experience with nearly 2,000 Convention attendees - you'll benefit and grow in many different ways.

Convention highlights include:

  • Opening Ceremonies with a stand-up comedian and dynamic keynote speaker
  • Twelve communication and leadership skill-building sessions
  • Annual Business Meeting and International Board of Directors election
  • Hall of Fame Ceremony honoring successful Toastmasters

    MISSION

    Division B has a history of being a predominant force within Founder's District because of its clubs and strong leadership teams. Division B will strive to provide a leadership team that will continue this tradition by:
    • Actively working with the Area Governors to ensure every member not only has, but takes the opportunity to fulfill their personal speaking and leadership goals
    • Using every tool available to help make the clubs strong
    • Continually bringing to help make the clubs strong
    • Finding avenues to expand our club base
