I am very excited by the opportunity to work with such a wonderful group of active, successful, energetic, and enthusiastic clubs. My responsibility is to HELP your members succeed in the ways you feel will most benefit you:

* Honor your clubs' uniqueness and individual styles
* Encourage members to take advantage of all the opportunities in the Toastmasters educational program
* Link to the District - communicate opportunities and events outside the club to enrich your experience
* Praise your club's strengths and your members' accomplishments
