This is the webhome of the Tea-Tramping San Diego-based Victorian Red Hat Ladies, an official chapter of the Red Hat Society!

The Victorian Red Hat Ladies Chapter is devoted to keeping our members and RHS San Diego/southern California sisters and fellow Tea Tramps in the know about local RHS (official and non-official) events, gatherings, hoots and conventions, and even Chapters having a get-together to "make and take" crafts, hat-making classes, etc. But I also gather news and information on non-RHS happenings, such as Tea Gatherings, Tea Parties, Renaissance Faires, Costumed Events (like Victorian; Civil War; Edwardian; Titanic; 1920s to 1940s Events; Venetian Balls; masquerades, parades, period dance classes and events; museum tours and the like), where any and all Red Hat Ladies/Victorians/Tea Tramps and Regular Folks can enjoy getting all dressed up in their finery and have fun!

TEA TRAMP - A person who LOVES attending Tea Houses (and all of the above-mentioned events) beautifully attired in Victorian, Civil War, Renaissance or the period of the costumed or themed Tea Function or Event.

TEA TRAMPING - Where several Tea Tramps get together and visit all of the above-mentioned events in costume or themed-attire.

SERIOUS TEA TRAMPING - These are Tea Tramps whose motto is: HAVE TEA EVENT? WILL TRAVEL!!!! This is a ROAD-TRIP TEA EVENT-LOVING TEA TRAMP (and Lady Mari is a Devotee!) who attend, ALWAYS in costume or themed-attire as many of the above-mentioned themed and costumed events and will travel at the clink of a teacup!

The Victorian Red Hat Ladies is an "open chapter" of the Red Hat Society. You need not be a Chapter member or Red Hat Lady to attend Tea-Tramping Events or Costumed Affairs! Just keep visiting this website to keep "in-the-know" about upcoming Tea Tramping Adventures and Costumed Events!
