Survivors' Network Of Those Abused By Priests (SNAP) held a press conference on March 19, 2003 at Parker Center, Los Angeles - headquarters of the Los Angeles Police Department.
It was in support of emergency legislation at the state level to prevent the statute of limitations from running out on sexual abuse cases because of the delaying tactics of the defendants (the Achdiocese of Los Angeles and Cardinal Roger Mahony).
