3. Two (2) CAP silver insignia for you prior to you first promotion. (You will use these again when you are promoted into the Officer Ranks - Item # CAP0820 $3.35;

These are NOT the ribbons themselves as Foothills Cadet Squadron provides ONE ribbon to each cadet when they get promoted.
