Coaching Staff
Head Coach: Jeremy Vann
Jeremy Vann has been playing soccer for over twenty years and has been coaching soccer since he was in college. His playing career started with club soccer in Iowa, where he was selected to the Iowa Olympic Development Team three times. This gave Jeremy the opportunity to play against the best teams in the region, including players from Illinois, Ohio, and Indiana.
At Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Jeremy started as a freshman, eventually earning second team all-conference honors. He went on to earn three selections to the first team all-conference team. As a senior, he captained Jefferson to its best record ever, and was selected the Mississippi Valley Player of the Year.
After high school, Jeremy attend Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. There he started in 93 consecutive games with a record of 68-24-2. This included three trips to the NCAA Soccer Tournament, reaching as far as the elite eight. During this time he earned first team all-conference honors twice.
Coach Vann has coached at many levels of the game. This has included time as a pro-coach at Heartland Soccer Club, JV head coach at Prairie High School, and as an assistant coach at Cornell College. While at Prairie High School, Jeremy lead both the JV and freshman girls teams to their best records. Jeremy has his United States Soccer Federation "C" License and is certified in CPR and first aid.
Coach Vann currently works at the Jefferson County Public Health Department as a Youth Tobacco Control Specialist. He holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He lives with his wife Audra in Denver.

JV Coach: Marki Lenahan
Ralston Valley is excited to announce that Marki Lehahan will be the Junior Varsity Coach for the 2009 season! Marki comes to RV with a wealth of knowledge, club soccer experience, and a passion for coaching.
Marki has playing experience in a variety of sports. While in high school, she was a two sport letter athlete and she continues to play soccer at multiple levels, both indoor and outdoor, at tournaments across the U.S. For the past few years, she has been coaching at the Edge Soccer Club in Arvada; coaching several age groups and levels of competitive club soccer.
Coach Lenahan has a United States Soccer Federation National "D" License, NSCAA National Youth Diploma, NSCAA State Diploma, and NSCAA Regional Goalkeeping Diploma.
Coach Lenahan holds Bachelor Degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado. She resides in Arvada with her husband, Patrick, and her two daughters, Jessie and Kristen, both of whom attend Ralston Valley H.S.
