RQ15A.jpg2015 RAFFLE QUILT
This is our S&B Quilter, Vicki Jones' design, using Kaffe Fassett fabrics.
This quilt was made by S&B Quilters. It was quilted by Gale Smith.
Size is aproximately 88x88.
Thank You to Vicki & all the Guild members who helped make this beautiful quilt.

Each year our Guild selects a quilt design for the next year's raffle quilt. Guild members complete blocks for the quilt.Tickets are $1.00 each. The winner will be drawn at our December meeting that is the first Saturday which is our Holiday Party. Monies raised from the raffle ticket sales benefit our Guild's continuing Quilting education program for our Guild members.

Our Mission is to promote quilting and to expand and enhance our knowledge and enjoyment of quilting and quilting techniques in an atmosphere of sharing fellowship. It is also to provide a source of information and inspiration for fellow quilters and to preserve the heritage of quilting. For more information about the Guild and Membership, please select the Membership/Guild Info page listed in the left legend.

THANK YOU for visiting our website & our Facebook pages. S&B Quilters' Guild has something for everyone from the beginner to the experienced quilter. Whether your interests may be traditional, contemporary, country, art or anything in between. S&B Education touches on the basic skills of quilting to the more experienced. 2015 Guild Challenge
Co-Chairs are Bev Shiflet & Marilyn Blanford.

Winners were Bev Kenney – 1st place; LaVerne Dawson—2nd place; and Bev Shiflet—3rd place.

Your challenge is to make/create a vest. It is your choice of fabric and embellishments. You may purchase a pre-made vest and embellish as you wish.

UFO Project
Nancy Foster is the 2015 Chairman.
UFO is defined as a project that has been started - with at least some fabric cut. Each January, everyone that wishes to participate fills out their UFO list including the date the project was originally started & a brief description. One copy is given to the UFO committee chairman & one is kept by the participate. During the year members bring their completed UFOs for Sew & Share. These will then be crossed off their list.
Prizes will be given at the December meeting for those completing the most items on their list.

2015 Ugly Fabric Challenge
Co-Chairs are Cheryl King & Alincia Waite.

View the June 13th Guild meeting YouTube to see pictures of the 2015 Ugly Fabric Exchange.

This is VOLUNTARY. The Chairman numbers all bags received a & each participant is given a bag. This requires one yard of fabric. The completed project is returned in the numbered bag at the June Guild meeting. These creations are unveiled and returned to the original owner. You can create or add anything. The ONLY RULE - you must use the Ugly Fabric on the FRONT of what you create or it MUST be visible.
