Full Board includes 12 x 12 matted stall, shavings, hay fed 3x daily, pelleted feed, supplements (if supplied by owners), use of outdoor ring 100'x 200', indoor arena 70'x125', turn-out, and approximately 4 miles of trails located on the farm.

Outside Board includes a grass paddock with 12x12 run-in shed stall (will be closed at night), hay fed 3x daily (dependent upon season), pelleted feed, supplements (if supplied by owners), use of outdoor ring 100'x 200', indoor arena 70'x125', and approximately 4 miles of trails located on the farm.

Outside Rough Board includes a grass paddock with run-in shed, hay fed 3x daily(dependent upon season), pelleted feeds, supplements (if supplied by owners), use of outdoor ring 100'x 200', indoor arena 70'x125', and approximately 4 miles of trails located on the farm.

All horses are required to be up to date and kept up to date on vaccinations before and after their arrival. We require EWT, Flu/Rhino, Strep (strangles), Rabies, Potomac Horse Fever and West Nile Virus vaccinations.

Board is due by the first of every month. A $3.00 per day late fee will be charged for late payment of board.

*Boarders will provide any different feeds, supplements, and containers in addition to:

▪ All horse clothing, tack, and blankets stored off of the floor.

▪ All soaps, wraps, fly sprays, etc.

▪ All wormers and medications.
