Senior Cruise 2006. What a day, what a night! Suffield Safe Party once again provided our new graduates with a fun filled, safe evening cruising the Boston Harbor. On board they enjoyed a plentiful buffet, played games, danced and enjoyed the view of the harbor.
Welcome to the Suffield High School Parents Association, Inc. This association encompasses The Booster Club and Suffield Safe Party at this time. We invite the Suffield Community to check our page often to keep abreast of what we are working on.
Please visit our booth at Suffield on The Green. We will be glad to share with you the benefits of joining Suffield HS Athletic Booster Club and Suffield Safe Party. You can pick up some goodies too. Safe Party will once again be selling the Entertainment Books. See what's new in 2007. We will also have travel mugs for sale. Booster Club will be selling our wild and wonderful Wildcat Blankets as well as Stadium Cushions and Backsacks. We look forward to seeing you!
Athletes of the Month
Coaches are contacted each month for their nominations for this prestigious award. These nominees must display excellent sportsmanship as well as be in good academic standing. June's athletes of the month are Melanie Chapman, a member of the Girl's Softball team and Timothy Dupuis, a member of the Boy's Baseball team. Congratulations to all of them!!There is a new scoreboard up at the All-Purpose Field at SHS! There will be another one put up at the field down at Bruce Park used by Field Hockey/Lacrosse too!! Wow, isn't this great!!! These scoreboards are possible because of donations from local organizations, which of course, are funded from Suffield citizens!! Thank you all!!
The new Wildcat blankets are in, just contact a Booster Club member for how to get yours!! They are beautiful, and they are washable!! Your senior would probably love one!
Booster Club Requests There is a form for coaches that feel they lack supplies for their sport. Coaches can get these forms from Fran Aniello. He will then sign them and forward them to a member of the Booster Club.
This process is working!!
We are also always looking for new fundraisers. If anyone has ideas??? It can be service oriented too, not just selling items.

Suffield Safe Party
In advance, a big thank you to all of the parents and students who make these things happen for Safe Party. The Senior Cruise out of Boston Harbor was a huge success last year. We are hard at work again planning this years event!!
Safe Party desperately needs new members. Please consider joining to ensure your child a safe after graduation party. At this time we may not be able to continue after hosting the After Graduation party for the class of 2007. We need parents from all of the high school classes to join and keep this very important committee functioning at Suffield High School. Join us at our next meeting or call Annmarie Wilson at 668-4908 for more information.
The Safe Party fundraiser, the Freshman/Sophomore Semi-Formal, was a great success and much fun was had by all. This is our third year hosting the event and the popularity keeps on growing. While this is a fund raiser for Safe Party, it also offers the underclasses an opportunity to enjoy a fun evening with friends, safe and alcohol/drug free.
Our bottle drives are one of our best fundraisers. Remember many hands make light work!! It is not a huge time committment, only 9-12 on particular Saturdays. Your kids can get service hours for this. Our first bottle drive for this year is September 16. Senior Class volunteers are always appreciated. This is the class that benefits the most monitarily from the Safe Party organization!!
