Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the Month at 1:00 PM at the Bill Library, 718 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard CT. Effective October 2009, During the months of April through September the meeting will start at 6:30 PM. During the months of October through March the meeting will start at 1:00 PM.

A VFW National Scouting Team is in place with a member from each state who works to expand the statewide support of the program. Post participation in the program is through the Scout of the Year Scholarship program.
