Post Meetings Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the Month at St. David's Parish Hall at the corner of Routes 12 & 214 in Gales Ferry, CT. During the months of April through September the meeting will start at 6:30 PM. During the months of October through March the meeting will start at 1:00 PM. |

The VFW has a longstanding commitment to scouting. A VFW National Scouting Team is in place with a member from each state who works to expand the statewide support of the program. Post participation in the program is through the Scout of the Year Scholarship program.For more information or questions about the scouting program, contact the National Headquarters representative by e-mail at SWilson@vfw.org. Post 4608 has been proud to support this citizenship and youth development program by its' support of Eagle Scout projects and recognition of attainment of Eagle Scout Rank by local scouts.
