WEDNESDAY AM - INVERRARY CC

Starting November 4, 2009 we are playing a Wednesday morning league at Inverrary. Tee times start at 9:00, but all players are requested to arrive no later than 8:30 so we can set up foursomes. Rita Albertine has volunteered to co-ordinate the league and will send out notices to all members each week so you can sign up. We have a special rate of $25 + tax and if you bring a guest she can play up to 3 times at our special rate and then must join EWGA in order to play with us in any of our events or leagues. It should be a lot of fun and the response has been great with 24 gals playing the first week. Come on out and join us.

Your League Committee is working to make affordable golf available to our members as often and in as many locations as possible. Below is contact information for Saturday, Sunday & weekday leagues. Please remember that Inverrary Country Club is our "home course". In order to qualify for the free 2010 Premier Card, you must play at Inverrary an average of twice per month through April. This can be through League play or on your own. Just make sure the pro shop knows that you're an EWGA member so they can include your name in their monthly report. There is unlimited room on my committee for volunteers interested in organizing play at other times or locations. We also need volunteers to coordinate Sunday play through April, one month at a time. Weekday organizers will create their own email base for those interested in participating in their leagues. Please email appropriate person to be added to their list. This does not mean you are committing to play each week, only that you want to get the details. Organizer will then send an email each week only to those who have expressed an interest in their particular league. This should cut down on the number of EWGA emails in your inbox. Please note that for Sat. & Sun. play separate emails will go out each week. So if you want to play on the weekend, you will need to respond to the weekly emails. IF YOU WANT TO BE ON THE WEEKDAY LEAGUE LIST FOR PLAY ON A PARTICULAR DAY & TIME, PLEASE CONTACT THE PERSON IN CHARGE. FOR SAT. & SUN., PLEASE RESPOND TO THE INDIVIDUAL EMAILS EACH WEEK. Coming to Southern Palm Beach County to conveniently support players who straddle the Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach county line. Of course, all members regardless of where you live or chapter affiliation are invited to play.
