Sunday Play

For the month of January, Sunday play will be at Delray Beach Municipal Golf Course located at 2200 Highlands Avenue, Delray Beach. Contact Kathleen Cronin-Zondervan at croninkat@yahoo.com by Friday each week.

Tuesdays: Deer Creek 2801 Country Club Blvd - Deerfield Beach. Shotgun tee time for scramble format is 9:00 a.m. To sign up to play, contact Valerie Temkin at valtennis@aol.com by 1 p.m. Fridays.

Parkland Golf Club Schedule
We're beginning this year with additional dates to play this beautiful course on the following Tuesdays: 1/10, 2/7, 2/28, 3/20, and 4/10. The rate is $55 plus tax for EWGA members. Guests of EWGA members will be charged a rate of $100 plus tax. Tee times may be booked 48 hours in advanced and will be based upon availability. Call (954) 905-2120 to make your tee time.

VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH
There is no better way to start 2012 than to recognize NINA FIGUR as our Volunteer of the Month for January. Nina has made countless contributions to our Chapter since joining a few years ago. Early on in her membership, she stepped up by volunteering as the Chapter Social Director and, even after stepping down from that position, has continued to work behind the scenes helping all of us with support, advice, and her tireless efforts. Those of us who struggle with Constant Contact have Nina to thank for drafting and e-mailing communications about everything including social, golf, and special events that we all have enjoyed. Without her help, how else would we know about all these great opportunities? Nina also works behind the scene in helping the social, events, and handicap committees function. It was Nina who organized the wonderful holiday golf event at Deer Creek last week - a special event that all of us in attendance will remember and talk about for years to come! So, a big heart felt thank you to Nina for all she has done and continues to do for all of us. If you'd like to thank Nina personally, please contact her at ninafigur@bellsouth.net

Premier Card 2012
2012 Premier Card To qualify for the 2012 Premier Card (at Inverrary's expense) you must have at least 20 plays. 8 Summer plays (from April 15 - Nov. 14, 2011) and 12 Winter plays (Nov. 15 - April 14, 2012). You may make up any Summer plays during the Winter months. Call the Pro Shop for tee times. (954) 733-7550 Inverrary will be charging $45 + You may play the West course for $35 + tax during the week (weekend rates to be announced). Plays on the East and West courses will count towards your Premier Card. Inverrary Play Counts as of December 17, 2011 are posted on this page.
