October 20,2010 we will have a meeting at Allison Spencers home. We will bring ideas and a bag lunch. Hostess will provide drinks and desserts. We will be planning the rest of 2010 and 2011.

We have decided to have a "Queen for a day" hostess that will make plans for their month. Whether to a restaurant, function, or to another red hat home.They will plan the games, if door prizes are needed, favors etc. Dollar store items will do.

MONTHLY HOSTESS
Chapter members will take turns planning events. Activities may include teas, luncheons,dinners,plays,places of interests. The hostess'(Queen for a day) will determine the date and time of that month's event, There may be more than one event per month. The news of the event will be communicated via e-mail if you have access, or a telephone call by your caller. PLEASE be courtious and give them your answer yes or no by an appropriate date before the event.
