After a productive business meeting, Bob Horne, the only individual in the world to own a circus train, led us on a tour of four circus train cars, three of which have been restored under his painstaking care.

We learned about the fate of the once-beautiful Ringling JoMar car, the only one to have a bathtub on board. We viewed autographed photos of circus and film legends and saw, first hand, the amount of work goes into restoring these vintage pieces of the circus past.

Bob then served us a wonderful 4-course sampler meal with recipes from his upcoming Cook Book, which includes signature dishes from Dining Cars throughout the United States. These tasty dishes were served in an elegantly restored dining car that was lined in leather and imported wood.
