Financial Responsibilities

Membership in the Dr. Phillip's Colorguard comes with certain financial responsibilities, which are described below for the 2011-2012 season.
All payments should given to the Treasurer (Judy Fielder). Make checks payable to "DPHS" and include "Account 2052" in the memo section.
No Refunds will be given for any reason.
Payment plans are available and we will have fundraisers to help you pay off your individual costs. See the Fundraising page for details.
For a list of the expenses and estimated costs for the year, see this spreadsheet. You can download and edit this spreadsheet and enter your actual expenses to keep track. Very handy! Thank you to Judy for preparing it!

Equipment
Most equipment is provided in the fees described above. However, if you are interested in purchasing a personal sabre, please order from the following web site: http://kingsabres.com/sabre%20info.php#ks2 It is important that you order the KS2-36.
