The success of the Dr. Phillip's Colorguard program is directly related to the volunteer support it receives from the member parents. There are a number of ways you can support the organization. Please see the list of volunteer opportunities below and contact Ms. Kristen if you are able to fill any of those volunteer needs. Thank you in advance for your time and support.

Note: All volunteers must be Additions approved. All parents should go ahead and fill out the online additions volunteer form, even if you are not sure if you will be chaperoning or helping out. If you have not already done so, please fill out the volunteer form.

The following are the volunteer opportunities:

NOTE: We have some very important volunteer positions that need to be filled ASAP (many to support DPHS's hosting of the Premier competition in January, 2012). These are described in the attached. Please review and let Kristen know how you can help and contribute to the success of the DPHS Wintergaurd!!!

A minimum of 13 parents (26 would be ideal) are needed per performance to help with the props (must be at practice before performance to learn location)

See the calendar entry for each performance for the list of volunteers for that performance.
Championship Weekend Volunteers
Two parents are needed to volunteer at championships. This is an FFCC requirement or we are fined approx. $400. You will not miss your child's performance and you will receive priority for free admission.
