This is the website for the Dr. Phillips High School Colorguard. The information is provided by the parents for the parents and is not related to the school system or their website. This web site has been designed to provide you access to everything you need to know as a member of the colorguard team.

For access to the latest news and information, see the contents of this Home page. Be sure to scroll down (the content is a bit spread out (unfortunately, I do not have more control of the spacing in the layout).

For access to additional, more detailed information, consult the navigation bar to the left and select the topic that you are most interested in.

Guard calendar. The calendar to the left has been updated with all known guard commitments to date, including after school classes and rehearsals, as well as football games.

Guard Finances. All guard fairshare and equipment fees should be paid in full at this time. If you have not already done so, please take care of your balance by the end of the month. Notices will be coming home in the next few days with your balance owed.

Practice Logs. Practice logs are due EVERY Tuesday. You can download the log from either the Class/Rehearsals page or the Forms page.

Make-up List to follow soon. We are waiting on uniforms to make final color selections.

Game Volunteers. Volunteers during field season are scheduled through the band. Please contact the volunteer coordinator to sign up for games and concessions. The volunteer coordinator is Cookie Anderson (floridacookiemonster@yahoo.com).

Band Trip to England. The following information is the information that we have at this point:

• Dates: December 27, 2011 to January 3, 2012.
• See this flyer for the details.
• Cheesecake sales will be a fundraiser that students can use to raise money for their trip again, if you sold last year that money is in your account.
• Band will be doing some other personal fundraisers so students can raise funds.
• Sponsorship letter will be given so student's can get work to get cooperate sponsorships to help pay for their trip.

Financial Responsibilities. Please be sure to meet your financial obligations on time. See "Financial Responsibilities" section below for more information.

Need for volunteers. If you are able to help, we are looking for some very specific volunteer assistance. See the "Volunteer" section below for more information.

All unpaid balances will be turned into the office as an obligation and students will be unable to get their records until this has been satisfied.
