Freewill Deliverance Ministry, Inc. was founded in 1997. The doors first opened on January 1, 1998 the ministry is headed by God's chosen leaders Bishop Cal H. Stubbs & Dr. Annette M. Stubbs our ministry is a bible believing, bible preaching, and spirit-filled church full of love for all. FDP is a non-denominational church, welcoming all visitors. It has been providing help to families and couples for more than ten years.

Our leaders sat at the feet of the late Pastor Mary K. Brisbane, the Founding Pastor & Overseer of The Church Power Praise & Deliverance which is now led by Pastor Willie C. Chambliss. Our leaders Bishop & Dr. Stubbs traveled 2 hours, 3 times a week from Vero Beach, Florida to Orlando, Florida to be faithful in ministry for 7 years. They worked hard in the ministry and through endurance and hardships were promoted and ordained for ministry.

1. Repair & Rebuild: The Marriage, Family, & Home
   1. The Lord is accomplishing this great reformed work through God Apostolic Leaders of the demonstration of the Holy Ghost through example set before us.
   2. God emphasized the importance of marriage and family and how God’s structure of authority in the home relates to God’s structure of authority in his Ministry or Church. To see marriages, families, homes, repaired rebuilt and reformed.

2. Outreach

   To reach beyond our four walls and work in our inner community as well as our surrounding community empowering people with the word of God, also to help meet the national need of mankind through food, transitional housing, clothing, shelters, group homes, and economic resources.
   

3. Fellowships
   1. Through our weekly bible studies, we teach the word of God in the homes and at our ministry. Teachers and appointed host leaders invite their unsaved friends, neighbors or anyone that wants to fellowship and learn the word of God.

   2. Visitors at the homes or weekly bible fellowships are invited to our Sunday morning services at the ministry, where they will receive training and instruction on how to become disciples of Jesus Christ.

4. Door to Door
   1. Intercessory Prayer Meeting: Evangelistic Team or Street Team Outreach, Pastoral Teams, and Leadership Teams go out into the community door to door and ask neighbors, families, inbound shut-ins, or house guests, (people that can not attend a regular church service or bible study), and offer prayer in their homes once a week or as needed. Offering prayer and intercessory until a change has taken place for the individual or family. Encouraging those that can attend service to do so by inviting them to our ministry on Sunday morning for instruction in the word of God.

   2. Intercessory prayer in the home is no more than 30 minutes long and we are always able to go into two or more homes.

5. Teach & Raise Young Leaders

   To teach and equip the young with the word of God. Teaching young and old the holy things of God. Raising them up to reverence God and not ourselves. To fear the Lord and not to consider ourselves in the place of God. To point the people to God as our source. Teach them to know God and they will begin to know God’s will for their lives and ministry. God will then raise them as leaders of the caliber of Timothy, Esther, Joshua, Caleb, and Deborah.
   

6. Train up the Five-Fold Ministry Gifts
   1. Through the mouth of the Apostle and other Prophets the Lord said “there shall come a day this ministry shall be like a teaching deliverance center…and you’ll train up the five fold ministry gifts.”

   2. “Prophets, teachers, apostles, evangelists and pastors shall come from this work.”

7. Other Ministries in America & Overseas

   Teach them as God has taught us to do the same evangelism and the same gospel be preached as stated through our vision.
   

8. Raise our Youth
   1. Train them to love others as themselves, love God above all to be a witness for the world to see Christ through them to empower them on all aspects of the things of God.

   2. Build an institution for their own academy to have a safe haven to come and learn academics and vocations for their certification and diplomacy education.

   3. Dance school, Karate class, Theatrical or Drama theatre, New Image After School Program, Personal Development, and Young Entrepreneurship.
