Staff Pastor Parish Ministry
The Staff Parish Ministry is the ministry responsible for nominations of the Trustees Ministry or Ministry Chairpersons. The Pastor is a part of this Ministry team. All volunteers are considered staff. The difference is paid and unpaid staff. As the Church grows; the Staff Parish Ministry will be required to seek candidates for employment and process background checks for paid and unpaid staff, and interview candidates for paid positions.
