Welcome to Region 5!
Hello everyone! The 2008 National Conference was an absolute blast! I had a great time and really enjoyed getting to know several students from our region. Our next big step is to start planning for the 2008 Regional Conference in Tallahassee, Florida. Stay tuned for further information.
If you didn't already know, Region 5 is hosting Nationals in 2009 and I need everyone's help. At the Regional Caucaus in Kansas City we started a tentative list of committees. The list is posted on the left of the website and if you want to join a committee please feel free to email me and let me know. I want to make this conference the biggest and best we have ever had, but I cannot do that without your help! So send any advice or suggestions you would like to see at next year's conference.
A long time ago I created this website in order to help keep region 5 members updated and connected to the organization. For those of you graduating soon, please use this website to keep updated on upcoming conferences so you can continue to stay involved.
