News The Lake Charles Classy Redkettes, meets the 1st Monday of each month for our "business meeting" (smile). We then choose one weekday to have a social luncheon with our group and guests. And, we also have been ejoying many many trips and special events with the Treasure Coast Queens and chapters. What fun we have!!

Red Hat Pledge (With hand over your hat)

Lake Charles Classy Redkettes, Hello Holy Land Goers.
Tuesday is almost here and here are a few updates.
We will be wearing our LCCR shirts. BUT, if it is very warm, lets say over 80 degrees, you can wear anything you want. I know our shirts are pretty warm so you can wear anything you want, to stay cool. It doesn't even have to be purple. Other groups will not be wearing RED HAT regalia. However, if it is a cool day, it would be nice if we can identify each other at a distance.
We can take snacks to eat on the bus, but, food cannot be taken into the park. Water is OK, just no food.
We will be meeting at 8 AM at the parking lot, not 7:45 as previously stated. The bus will get here at about 8:15, but we are supposed to just jump on and go, so please try to get here ahead of time.
I would like to get everyone's cell number, just in case we loose you in the park. Would you please email me your cell number. Leslie can you please get Louise's cell number, and give her a copy of this note?
There are still a few seats on the bus, but the admission tickets, (Group Rates), are already purchased, and you will have to pay the regular admission.
I am excited to go on a trip that will be fun and all planned out for us. We just have to sit back and enjoy.
Great News!!! Our calendars are in my possession. If you want to pick some up please call, make sure I am home. You can also pick them up on Saturday at the Holiday Festival at the club house from Maureen Ripa. If that is not possible they will be available Mon at 10 AM at the club house. I suggest you get them as soon as possible. I only have 85 left and they are as cute as a button. The price is $10.00 and none will be given out without payment first. Okay everyone, I'm getting excited, the calendar should be printed soon so we can take a look at it. Hopefully we will have it, so it can be for sale for the Lake Charles Arts and Craft fair on Nov 7th!!
