They're crashes, wrecks, incidents, and crimes,...not accidents. These are preventable events resulting from a driver's decision to act irresponsibly, unlawfully, or simply not pay attention. They can happen as a result of poor roadway design. Crashes are never victimless crimes. Whether it's property damage, injury, or loss of life...there's an economic and emotional impact on those involved, their families, and/or the general public!
