wooden_logo.gifWHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:

Pack 623 is sponsored by Isle of Faith Methodist Church and includes dens for boys in first through fifth grades. There are ten purposes of Cub Scouting and each den participates in age-appropriate activities to support these themes. Activities supporting these themes include family projects, field trips, camping, bb shooting, archery, AND MORE!

The Tiger (1st grade), Wolf (2nd grade), Bear (3rd grade), Webelos I (4th grade), and Webelos II (5th grade) dens all work to achieve:

  1. Character Development
  2. Spiritual Growth
  3. Good Citizenship
  4. Sportsmanship and Fitness
  5. Family Understanding
  6. Respectful Relationships
  7. Personal Achievement
  8. Friendly Service
  9. Fun and Adventure
  10. Preparation for Boy Scouts

Each scout begins to internalize Cub Scouting's 12 Core Values through the Character Development themes in each den:

  1. Citizenship
  2. Compassion
  3. Cooperation
  4. Courage
  5. Faith
  6. Health and Fitness
  7. Honesty
  8. Perseverance
  9. Positive Attitude
  10. Resourcefulness
  11. Respect
  12. Responsibility

These activities ultimately prepare the boys for Boy Scouts.

If you are new to Cub Scouts, please review the pack-specific information in our site, as well as the additional links on the left to explore what Cub Scouts can offer!

Although each den creates their own meeting schedule, our dens typically meet on Monday evenings at Isle of Faith. Most dens meet 6:30 - 7:30 PM three weeks a month and our pack meets together on the fourth week of the month.

If you are interested in joining our pack, please use the email links to the left to contact our Cub Master.
