Good day your Majesty, At the first gathering of royalty on November 11, 2005, we discussed the need for a directory. QM Wanda Orduno, Mad Red Hatters, Ellenton, graciously volunteered to organize and produce a directory of the West Coast Queens' Council. Granted all of us couldn't attend this gathering but that does not mean you cannot be included in this directory.
It is our hope that you will want to be part of this directory and want to have a copy for reference and contact. It is also our goal to have the directories available at the spring session of the WC Queens' Council Luncheon on Saturday, May 13th (more info will be sent later for the luncheon).
To be listed in the West Coast Queens' Council Directory:
Info needed: PHOTO, NAME, CHAPTER NAME, LOCATION, EMAIL ADDRESS, HOME ADDRESS, PHONE NO., BIRTHDAY
You may send a photo and chapter info or Trading Card to QM Wanda Orduno at WCQueensDir@tampabay.rr.com - 4119 Queens Way, Ellenton, FL 34222 or you may call for more info at 941-722-8596. If you send your picture through snail mail, and would like it returned to you, please enclose a SASE. Clear crisp photos are the best. Your trading card works well also.
If you do not have a photo and will be attending the 3rd Annual West Coast Gala on March 25th in Tampa, Wanda will be available to photograph you and take your info at that time. Ask for directions to her location at the Registration Desk.
Deadline for info to be included in Directory is April 8th.
To obtain a copy of the West Coast Queens' Council Directory:
A profit is not being made on the directory; the fee will offset the expense of supplies and printing. In addition, each copy will be personalized with your name and the insignia of the state pin on the cover. Very attractive.
To get your copy, please make a check payable to Wanda Orduno in the amount of $5.50 and send it to Wanda Orduno, QM, The Mad Red Hatters Chapter, RHS, 4119 Queens Way, Ellenton, FL 34222. Please do not send cash through the mail
Be sure to include: Photo, Name, Chapter Name, Location, Address, Phone Number and Birthday.
