Hello and welcome to the Sons Of Italy of Osceola County, FL. We are the oldest fraternal organization in the nation. We raise money for Cancer research, Cooley's anemia, Alzheimer's and local scholarships. You do not need to be Italian to join, just be willing to enjoy our rich culture. Our constitution defines our purposes as follows: To enroll persons of Italian birth or decent; to promote national education; to secure laws for the benefit of our members by active participation in the political, social, and civic life of our communities; to encourage the dissemination of Italian culture in the United States; to uphold the prestige of the people of Italian heritage in America; and to initiate and organize movements for humanitarian purposes.
A. Enroll in its membership all persons of Italian birth or descent …who believe in the fundamental concept that society is based upon the principles of law and order, and who adhere to a form of government founded upon the belief in God, and based upon the Constitution of the United States of America.
B. To promote civic education as well as the oral, intellectual and material well being of our membership.
C. To encourage the dissemination of Italian culture in America, thereby keeping alive the spiritual attachment and tradition of the land of our ancestors.
D. To defend and uphold the prestige of the people of Italian birth or descent in America, as well as upholding the concept of Americanism.
E. To encourage the active participation of our membership in the political, social, and civic life of our communities.
F. To organize and establish benevolent and social welfare institutions for the protection and assistance of our members, their dependents, and in general the needy, with such material aid as we are able to give.
G. To initiate and organize movements for patriotic and humanitarian purposes, and to join in meritorious movements for such purposes which other organizations or groups have initiated.
The Osceola County Lodge is always trying to hold activities to achieve our goals through fundraising and socializing. We look forward to meeting you and having you become part of our family.
Our general memebership meetings are held at the Kissimmee Bay Country Club on Fortune Road. Please join us at our meeting, come see what we do and how to become part of a wonderful family of people with the same interests as you. Call or email us for specific directions.

Presidents Message and Upcoming Events
Our Lodge is proud to have passed our 26th year, We have a wonderful group of dedicated brothers and sisters who are the back bone of our Lodge and we appreciate everyone. The first few months of this year have been very hectic and productive. Last year we have initiated the first annual Charity Golf Tournement which raised over $16,000 for our national and local charities we support. We have two (2) $1,000 college scholarships and one $1,000 memorial scholarship Our new Golf event will be on Sunday, September 20th, 2009. We support the Senior Santas meals program, Osceola Center for the Arts Italian Program, Coolies Anemia, Alzheimer’s, the Thanksgiving meals for the needy and we support numerious local charities in our communities. Thanks to all our members and to all those people and oprganizations that support our endevors.
