Come to any TESC meeting or event to pick up a membership form. Dues are $3 a month, and are paid three times a year in January, May and September. Dues pay for TESC events, as well as to fill numerous donation requests throughout the year.

• All enlisted active duty members and their spouses
• Spouses residing locally waiting to join their spouses in a PCS move, or whose sponsor is on a remote tour, as long as their sponsor is eligible for membership of any enlisted club.
• Any adult member of a household (other than spouse) of an active duty or retired Enlisted who holds a valid I.D. card.
• Our advisor(s) and the installation commanders' spouse.
• Retirees/Spouses of retirees, who were eligible for membership at the time of retirement.
• Widows/Widowers of members of the Armed Forces; who were eligible for membership.

Newcomers may attend 1 business meeting and 1 other TESC event, before declaring their membership status.
