For the month of February we decided to play "chocolatiers" as we indulge ourselves in fountains of chocolate as we filled, covered, dipped, licked and eat white, dark and milk chocolate at Fosters and Farris chocolate factory in Lake Mary. This is a place that you go when you are really craving chocolate. From the moment you walk in the door you are surrounded by the delicious smell of chocolate. The staff was great and at the end of the event you get to take home a pound of your chocolate creations!
