• MOPPETS is the name given to MOPS's childcare program. It is our goal to provide a safe and loving environment for your children while you enjoy a night with other moms.

• We will provide pizza for your children, so there is no need to feed them before you come.

• So that we are sure to have enough workers, please RSVP your children each month. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early!

• To RSVP, please send an email to mopsatwestside@yahoo.com at least seven days before the MOPS meeting to let us know how many children you will be bringing, as well as their ages. (You may also email us using the form provided at the bottom of this website.)

• Some moms find that it works well to bring the children with them to the meetings and then have their husband pick the kids up once he is off of work. We know that 8pm makes for a late night for many young children.

Your first meeting is FREE. We want you to come and see if our MOPS group is the right fit for you. Afterward, however, we ask for a suggested donation of $3 per meeting to help us offset our expenses this year (pizza for the kids, monthly newsletter, craft supplies, speakers, etc.) There is also an additional MOPS International membership fee of $23.95, which our chartering organization asks that you subscribe to by your third meeting. This MOPS membership will include:

• a one-year subscription to MomSense magazine

• weekly Mom-E-Mail messages to inspire and encourage you

• a MOPS logo reusable shopping bag, MOPS bumper sticker, a No Mom Alone 2-in-1 frame magnet, and a MOPS bag tag
