WHERE KIDS SPORTS IS ALL THERE IS!
Now in our tenth year, the Youth Sports News is the area's only publication completely devoted to kids sports. We cover baseball, basketball, soccer, football, golf, roller hockey, ice hockey, swimming, tennis, aggressive skating, gymnastics and tumbling, martial arts, dance, cheerleading, bike racing, laser tag, paintball, and more. If it's about kids, we'll report it.
Are you or your kids involved in youth sports? Then, we want to know about it! Got photos? Send 'em along (with captions, please)! For news, our deadline is the third Thursday of every month for the following month. For ad copy, the deadline is the last Thursday of every month for the following month.
The Youth Sports News is on the street between the 7th and 10th of every month. You can find it in every elementary and middle school as well as libraries, rec centers, McDonalds and Burger Kings, ice rinks and skating rinks, movie theaters, amusement parks, sporting good retailers and anywhere else you find kids and their parents.
Every issue has its own focus: January's issue is Dance, Gymnastics, Cheer and Tumbling. February? Extreme Sports (BMX, Laser Tag, Paintball and Skateboarding). March is the Club Soccer Preview. April? The Annual Summer Camp Extravaganza! May is Soccer. June? Junior Golf. July is Back to School. August? Baseball. September's issue is Junior Tennis. October? Martial Arts. November? Youth Sports Medicine. December is Football and Hockey.
