The DCE Media Center is a very busy place. Students visit the Media Center for skill classes or story-time and to check out books and magazines. DCE students love to read. They look forward to participating in balloon walks by passing AR quizzes and earning points.
Checkout Policy Students are allowed to have two items checked out at a time. Any combination of two items is allowed (Two AR, Two fun, Two magazines, One AR/One fun, One fun/One magazine, etc). All students can keep the items for one week. Students can renew a book, if they need more time, unless it is requested by another student. Parents and Grandparents are welcome to come visit the Media Center and check out books for their children. Adults may check out 5 books at a time and they are due back in two weeks.
