Student Verification Schedule
  • Monday, August 1, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Student Registration Information
    Please read the 2011-12 Verification Welcome Letter and if needed the 2011 Residency Affidavit Renewal Notice.

    Please complete and sign a School Information Form for each child and bring the form to DCE on Verification Day. Please go to MCSD's Student Registration Webpage to download the form. The form is used to collect required information and emergency contact information.

    If your child requires medication during school hours, please download and complete a Medication Administration Permission Form (English) / Medication Administration Information (Spanish) and return to the school office. Please also read the instructions on the form.

    Rocket Scan Online Free/Reduced Lunch Application


    1. Please go to the Muscogee County School District Website.
    2. Click on “For Parents” Tab located at the top.
    3. On the bottom of the Parent Page there is an Icon for Rocket Scan. Follow instructions to complete the application, it will not let you submit it unless all of the information is complete and entered. Once you have completed it, print the summary.
    4. You will be notified when your child(ren) has been approved for free/reduced meals. Until your application has been processed, you will need to provide your child(ren) with lunch or money to purchase school meals.
    Supply Lists
    The 2011-2012 School Supply Lists are provided for parents who wish to purchase supplies. Although these supply lists are being delivered to several local retailers, you are under no obligation to buy from any particular source.
