The Goshen Real Estate Investor Group (GREIG) was formed in July 2003 and its membership is made up of individual investors from Effingham and Chatham counties and the Savannah, Georgia, area.

GREIG is a nonprofit educational and idea sharing organization consisting of highly-motivated, self-directed individuals, who meet for mutual educational support and information to help further their investment goals. The organization’s main objective is to inspire the real estate entrepreneur to reach his/her own goals through the avenue of acquiring income- producing real estate and related investments. And, in return, each member is expected to carry forward the positive values of high ethics, fairness, honesty, creativity and self-reliance.

Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of each month, 7 p.m. at Carey Hilliard's restaurant at 5350 Hwy 21/Augusta Rd. in Garden City, Georgia. There is no meeting in December.

First meeting visit is free. There is a $5.00 charge for non-members after the first visit.

Membership
The membership year runs from July - June. Yearly dues are $25.00 for an individual and $35.00 for a couple.
