Activity Guidlines

Activities Conditions
Participants must come prepared for activities; with appropriate clothing. Program shirt must be worn at all activities unless otherwise stated on the activity schedule. If participant is not dressed appropriately then they must buy a replacement shirt or can not attend the activity.
Participants must have appropriate social skills for group interaction and follow the directions of volunteers and coordinators or they will be restricted from future activities.
Participants must have transportation to and from the meeting place. Under no circumstance, due to liability, can a volunteer drive participants to and from the meeting place.

Activities Limits
Participation will be limited to a number determined by the coordinator based on participant to volunteer ratio, transportation, and the number of available tickets.

Activities Documentation
The Happy Club forms must be received prior to any participation.

Activities Discipline
The Happy Club membership is a privilege, not a right. Therefore, membership can be revoked at any time if a participant's action so warrant.

Activities Pick-up
Under no circumstance should a volunteer be expected to stay after activities to wait for a Participant to be picked-up.
